How to search for a Will?
Our secure Will Search service allows users to search for Wills that are registered in our Will Registry. If you would like to ascertain whether your loved ones have any Wills that are registered with us, you can do that with the Will Search service.
For users who have registered their Wills in our Will Registry, they are given the options to disclose their Will information to their Executors, Backup Executors and Beneficiaries, either before or after their death.
If the Will search returns with a positive result, you will be provided with the information registered by the user. Please note that this information is provided for reference only and a valid original Will is required in order to legally execute the Will to commence probate.
If you have used our Will Search service and did not return with any result, it may indicate 1) the user you have searched has not registered any Will in our registry, 2) you are not the nominated Executor or Beneficiary of any Will registered in our registry, 3) the user chose to disclose the Will information only after death
Each purchase of a Will Search service only allows for one Will search. Once the search is completed, you will need to purchase another Will Search service to perform another Will search.
